One of my all time favourite breakfast is avocado toast and I think a lot of people can relate to that one! It is just so good! It is super easy to make and super nutritious!
It is important that you choose the proper bread to go with it though! You want to look for a whole grain sprouted bread with no added sugars. You don’t want to ruin a perfectly healthy meal with not so healthy breads so take the time to read the ingredients and find a healthy one! Your body will thank you later!
I love to add a runny sunny side up egg because duh!
I mash my avocado with a little bit of garlic powder and lemon juice. And top with the trader joes, everything but the bagel seasoning.
The best part about avocado toast is that you can customize it the way you want! You can add tomatoes or smoked salmon, add some hot sauce… the options are endless!
