After searching high and Low for a golf ball to recommend to our students, we have arrived: We are going with Vice Golf Balls!
After testing on our GC Quad, we come to the conclusion that the ball gains a couple yards in the irons and loses a couple yards in the driver; spin characteristics are spot on for max control!
The sound and feel of the ball however is where this ball shines and by far; the new Titleist ProV1x gave me a bit of the creeps because it reminded me of the awful sound and feel of the old TOP FLITE XLs I used to find in the ponds when I was a junior and compared to the Titleist Balatas of the time, they were like rocks; so I was kind of put off on that one. The Vice ball has done an incredible job, in my opinion, in getting the sound and feel spot on for a terrific ball striking experience.
