Hi everyone!
We have an amazing smoked salmon pizza with cauliflower crust that we made on our smoker and it was unreal! We have a Trager Smoker and it was the best investment that we have ever made, we cook everything on the smoker and we finally tried making pizza which did not disappoint. After a long day at the golf course we wanted something relatively quick to make and we had all the ingredients for the pizza in our fridge so all we needed to get was the pizza crust.
We used a store bought cauliflower pizza crust from our local health food grocery store, there are a lot of healthy options for pizza crust now so choose which ever works best for you and your preferences.
I topped my pizza with a goat cheese base, smoked salmon, red onions, shiitake mushrooms, capers, and a drizzle of olive oil. The best thing about making healthy pizzas is that there is an infinite amount of topping options that you can choose from! Get creative and enjoy your guilt free pizzas! There is nothing better than a healthy and satisfying meal after a lovely day on the golf course!
